General Assembly and lunch at “Le Réverbère”
 

After the general assembly of the Ordre des Canardiers, some 30 members met at José RATO’s “Le Réverbère” where they were served Sardine Velouté, Salmon and Trout Tartare with Avocado, Veal Breast with Chanterelle Mushrooms, and Vanilla Millefeuille. A 2012 white Côtes de Gascogne from Domaine de Guillaman and a 2012 red Cabernet Sauvignon from Pays d’Oc were served to accompany the meal, organized by Jean-Louis GUIBEY, Member of the Council of the Ordre.
